Shaun is an Electrician and Cable Jointer by trade and co-founded Inland Power in 2014. Shaun has played a key role in growing the business within the electrical distribution industry, with a strong focus on specialty ASP work. 

Shaun is committed to upskilling staff, strengthening the company’s profile, and ensuring Inland Power consistently delivers on its commitments. 

Matthew has over 20 years’ experience in the electricity distribution industry, working across both overhead and underground distribution projects. Matthew co-founded Inland Power in 2014. 

Matthew provides strategic and operational support across the business, overseeing resources and ensuring projects meet industry requirements for safety, quality, and delivery timeframes. 

Rhys is a qualified Linesman and Cable Jointer who has been with Inland Power since 2017. Rhys has progressed through the roles of Tradesman and Leading Hand and has completed a Diploma of Project Management. 

Rhys leads project delivery within the company’s Level 1 ASP sector, providing a high level of project management and working closely with project teams, field crews, and Level 3 engineers to deliver safe, efficient, and buildable outcomes. 

Callan is a qualified Electrician with over 20 years’ industry experience and is Inland Power’s Level 2 ASP Manager. Callan is highly customer focused and ensures the company consistently delivers on its commitments. 

Callan manages all Level 2 overhead and underground connections, including Main Switchboard requirements and approvals, delivering a complete turn-key solution for client connections.
